Registration & Account Management

The minimum age to register and play at WAR138 is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. During the KYC verification process, you will need to upload a valid identity document to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be suspended immediately.

No. Each individual is only allowed to own one account only. Our system automatically detects duplicate accounts based on phone number, IP address, device information and banking details. Duplicate accounts will be frozen and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your password, use the account recovery function or contact our support team.

For KYC verification, you need to provide photos of the front and back Valid MyKad or an international passport. Photos must be clear, unblurred, and all information must be legible. You may also be asked for a selfie with your ID document as additional verification. The review process is usually completed within 24 business hours.
KYC is only required for withdrawal purposes. You can start playing and making deposits before KYC is completed.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 working hour once KYC verification is complete and all rollover requirements have been met. Withdrawals during peak hours or weekends may take slightly longer. Daily withdrawal limits depend on your VIP level.

The rollover requirement (or wagering requirement) is the number of times you must wager your bonus amount before you can make a withdrawal. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover, you need to place bets totalling RM1,000 before a withdrawal is allowed. You can check your completed rollover amount under the "Bonus" section in your account.
Read the rollover requirements carefully before claiming any bonus. Each bonus type may have different conditions.

Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time. You must complete or forfeit your current bonus before claiming a new one. However, certain special promotions can be combined – check the terms of each promotion in the WAR138 Promotions section for more details.

WAR138 cashback is calculated based on net losses your net losses within a set period (typically weekly). This means it is calculated based on the difference between your total losses and wins.
