The war138 VIP Program is designed to reward every loyal member. Earn reward points, advance to higher VIP tiers, and enjoy exclusive privileges you won't find anywhere else.
Each tier unlocks more benefits and privileges. The higher the tier, the greater the rewards.
More than just bonuses – the WAR138 VIP program offers a truly different experience.
WAR138 VIP members enjoy significantly higher deposit bonus percentages than regular members – starting from 5% for Bronze up to 25% for Diamond.
The higher your VIP tier, the greater your daily withdrawal limit. Diamond members enjoy withdrawals with no maximum cap.
VIP members get access to a dedicated personal support channel with faster response times – no more waiting in long queues.
From Gold tier and above, every WAR138 VIP member is assigned a personal account manager who understands your needs and preferences.
Birthday gifts, annual rewards, and special surprises on select occasions are WAR138's tradition of showing appreciation to their loyal VIP members.
Dedicated gaming tables for VIP members featuring higher betting limits, a more selective player base, and a premium atmosphere in the war138 lobby.
War138 built this VIP program not just to attract attention, but to genuinely reward every ringgit invested by loyal members. Unlike most online gaming platforms that offer only generic bonuses, the war138 VIP program is designed with a more personal and meaningful approach.
The core concept is simple: every time you play at WAR138 – whether it's Bingo, fish shooting, sports games, or any game in the lobby – you automatically earn reward points. These points accumulate in your account and determine your current VIP tier. No separate registration needed, no special forms to fill in. Everything happens automatically in the background, so you can focus on having fun and winning.
The war138 VIP points system is designed so that every game type contributes to your total points. Here's how points are calculated:
Every RM 10 wagered earns 1 VIP point. The more you play, the faster your points accumulate.
Every RM 20 wagered on sports earns 1 VIP point, with special multipliers during major tournament seasons.
Every RM 15 wagered at Live Casino tables earns 1 VIP point, with double points on premium tables.
Every RM 10 wagered on fish shooting games earns 1 VIP point, with bonus point opportunities during special events.
War138 VIP tier upgrades happen automatically once your total points reach the required threshold. For example, when your points hit 5,000, your account is instantly upgraded to Silver with no request needed. A notification will be sent to inform you of the upgrade.
To maintain your VIP tier, a minimum monthly activity requirement must be met. The requirement is reasonable and designed so that members who play consistently – even if not every day – can still retain their VIP status. war138 understands that daily life for Malaysian users comes with many responsibilities, so flexibility is a priority in this program.

One thing war138 VIP members consistently mention is a sense of being valued that's hard to find elsewhere. A personal account manager who knows your gaming preferences, tailored bonus notifications, and priority treatment across every aspect of the platform – all of this creates an experience that feels far more like a premium service than a typical online gaming platform.
More importantly, the WAR138 VIP program is fully integrated across every aspect of the platform. VIP points you earn from Bingo games will boost your status, which then benefits you when you play Sports or Wagering. No separate systems, no wasted points. Every gaming experience you have at WAR138 reinforces the others.
War138 applies additional security measures to VIP accounts given the higher fund values and transaction volumes involved. All VIP accounts are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, optional two-factor authentication, continuous account activity monitoring, and security limits that members can set themselves. For more information about the protection of your data, please refer to WAR138 Privacy Policy.
The KYC verification process for VIP members is also more thorough to ensure your funds remain secure and accessible only to you. This reflects war138's commitment to providing a level of protection that matches the trust and status you bring to the platform.
